Tuesday, April 1, 2025

  • 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM – Registration at AC Hotel
  • 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM – Old Capitol Tour 
  • 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM – Happy Hour at AC Hotel Rooftop – (1 drink ticket per attendee, then cash bar)
  • 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM – Dinner, Presentation, & Legislative briefing at AC Hotel

 

  

Wednesday, April 2, 2025

  • 7:30 AM – Breakfast & Final Remarks at AC Hotel
  • 8:00 AM – Send Off at AC Hotel
  • 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM – Meet in Senate Room #231(S)
  • 9:30 AM to 3:00 PM – Legislative Meetings on the Hill – Florida State Capitol
